its hard to tell if it has been photoshopped.. anyone who has ever used photoshop would notice that some objects inside the "edited" areas NOT attached to the building (ie. flag pole) has not been smudged. and if it were layered, you may see a blank area where it would have been moved or the smudged pole as well as an untouched one... very peculiar - ill give props to a master shopper, or just a strange structure. possible the new "building graffiti art" that has been going around

no look closely, look at the top of the building entrance. I dont think this is photoshopped, just an incredible paint job.
